Medicinal Benefits of Cadiphylate Elixir
Piperazine + Ephedrine + Guaifenesin + Alcohol is a combination of three medicines: Piperazine , Ephedrine and Guaifenesin . Piperazine is a bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Ephedrine is a sympathomimetic agonist which works on the blood vessels and increases the blood flow to heart and lungs. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which works by decreasing the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways.
Directions for Use
- Take your medication timely to maintain steady levels in your body.
- Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat.
Side Effects of Cadiphylate Elixir
Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Upset stomach, Restlessness, Increased heart rate, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping)
